General Rules & Important Guidelines for Participants of Emerald Atta Exhibition 1
- Participating projects are required to strictly adhere to the official exhibition timings throughout the allocated days.
- Participants will be provided with complimentary entry passes during the exhibition period: **two (2) passes** for small booths and **four (4) passes** for large booths.
- Participants must complete booth setup and arrange their displays on **Wednesday, 23 September 2026**, from **8:00 AM until 12:00 AM**.
- All participants must clear the hall and remove all exhibits before **2:00 PM on Monday, 28 September 2026**.
- Participants are fully responsible for safeguarding their exhibits and cash throughout the exhibition period.
- Visitor entry fee is **OMR 1** at the exhibition hall entrance.
- Dar Al Atta Association and Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre (OCEC) shall not be held responsible for any loss of belongings or cash related to participating projects.
- Dar Al Atta Association and OCEC do not provide assistance for transporting items to and from booth locations.
- Kindly bring your participation booking receipt on **23 September 2026**, as your booth location will be indicated on the receipt.
- Please note that the rear access area is designated strictly for loading and unloading for a maximum of **20 minutes only** and must not be used for parking. Kindly Park in the designated front parking areas. Non-compliance may result in a violation notice issued by OCEC.
- The participation fee for custom-built booths by project owners includes **one electrical power outlet only**.
- Project owners and workers are required to wear **a safety vest, safety shoes, and a safety helmet** while setting up booths.
- *Note: All safety items mentioned above can be purchased from OCEC except safety shoes.*
- The electricity supply available for each booth is **13 amps only**. Any request for additional power should be submitted directly to the exhibition management on the same day, with payment made directly.
- Participants may install their own CCTV cameras. Dar Al Atta Association and OCEC will not be responsible for theft or loss of belongings.
Important Guidelines for Crystal Corridor Participants
- Crystal Corridor participants will receive **four (4) complimentary entry passes** throughout the exhibition. Additional passes can be purchased at **OMR 1 per day** per person.
- Dar Al Atta Association will provide assistance with transporting items to and from booth locations **exclusively for Crystal Corridor participants**.
- Participants are required to provide their own custom-built booth with a design suitable for the elegance and premium setting of the Crystal Corridor.
- The official opening ceremony of the exhibition will take place in the Crystal Corridor.
